Prerequisites

  • Lutra account and access
  • Google Sheets or Excel spreadsheet with contacts
  • Email SMTP credentials or integrated email service

Setup & Spreadsheet Preparation

  1. Prepare contact spreadsheet:
    - Columns: `Email`, `FirstName`, `Course`, `Status`
    - Example:

  2. Connect Lutra to your spreadsheet: Import or link the spreadsheet in Lutra.
  3. Configure email service: Set SMTP or use Lutra’s built-in email provider.

Opus Distribution

Prerequisites

  • Opus account
  • Social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Content assets (images, text, links)

Platform Setup

  1. Connect social media accounts in Opus. To do this, navigate to “Settings” > “Social Accounts.” Authenticate each platform.
  2. Verify permissions for posting and analytics access.

Content Creation & Scheduling

  1. Create new post:
    - Enter text content promoting AI Academy courses.
    - Attach images or videos.
    - Add hashtags and links.
    
  2. Schedule post:
    - Select date and time for publishing.
    - Optionally set recurring posts.
    - Save and confirm scheduling.
