Anote is an end to end MLOps platform that enables you to obtain the best large language model for your data. On Anote, we provide an evaluation framework to compare zero shot models with fine tuned models that are trained on your domain specific training data (via supervised, unsupervised and RLHF fine tuning). We provide a data annotation interface to convert raw unstructured data into an LLM ready format, and incorporate subject matter expertise into your training process to improve model accuracies. End users can route / integrate the best LLM into their own chatbot, as well as interact with our software development kit for fine tuning.
What makes Anote unique is that our technology enables customers to get information they need from their unstructured text data faster, cheaper, and more accurately, providing insights that otherwise were not possible to obtain. There is a subset of problems where the categories, entities or answers to questions are too complex to be done purely by AI. For this subset, human in the loop tooling is needed to ensure accuracy requirements are met. Anote has invented a new way of doing AI, human centered AI, that actively learns from people to improve AI algorithms, which can be used to directly fine tune LLMs.
TRL
Anote's technology is currently at a TRL 8: Actual system completed and qualified through test and demonstration. Anote is currently working with clients such as the Air Force and the Army, and tested our product with federal clients such as NIST and CISA.
To date, Anote has a production ready and scalable MLOps Platform, and has partnered with organizations such as Weill Cornell, S&P Global and Harvard Medical School where we have processed millions of rows of data with complex taxonomies.
